A BIT ABOUT ME…

YOU’RE MOST WELCOME…

So, you’ve been in the teaching profession for many years now, and during that time you’ve been focusing your attentions on developing your individual excellence in your chosen field of expertise, and in nurturing a growing understanding within the children under your tutelage.

Then, out of the blue one day, a wave of realisation passes over you, and you suddenly think of yourself and your future, and an element of concern begins to well-up wih in you – that’s where we can help.

A BIT ABOUT ME…

My name is Andy, and I have been providing help and guidance on all things financial for the last 30years. During the last eight years, I have chosen to specialise in advising those in the teachering profession in my neck of the woods, which is the North East of England. I can honestly say this has truly been the most emotionally rewarding of roles.

I’m a proud father of two teenage boys, and my wife, who also works in teaching, has been my greatest advocate and most avid of supporters, and and has played a huge part in encoraging me to embark on this journey…..

SO, WHAT’S MY DRIVER….??

During these last eight years, with ever increasing number of teachers seeking guidance on more and more topics, and then recommending their colleagues to me for similar assistance that they couldn’t find elsewhere, there has grown in me an ever increasing realisation that there simply isn’t a really clear, straight-talking resource out there that can acutely help any teachers in their individual time of need.

Therefore, I had the vision of developing a one-stop resource for the teaching profession, with the ultimate aim of being able to offer help and guidance on common topics, but also more specialised detail that is specific to the teaching role and the Teachers’ Pension, and so was born the idea of this site.

THE GOAL FOR THE SITE…

My aspiration for this site is that, at one point or more in their lives, it helps every teacher in the UK; and my ideal would be that this site be saved to many a teacher ‘favouites’, and may ultimately become the first point of call for any form of help, guidance, or assistance that any teacher may be seeking – so please, kindly spread the word……

If you ever need a hand or have ay questions, feel free to leave them below and I will be more than happy to help you out.

All the best,

Andy
